Order Confirmation Policy
1. Once an order is placed online, our telecaller will contact the customer for a confirmation call to verify the order details.
2. The confirmation call ensures that all information provided, including the phone number and delivery address, is accurate and correct.
3. If there is any discrepancy in the phone number, address, or any suspicious activity related to the order, or if the provided phone number is unreachable, switched off, or incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order for security reasons after attempting to contact the customer up to three times on the same day.
4. If we are unable to establish contact with the customer within the given time frame, the order may be automatically canceled to avoid any delivery issues.
5. Customers are requested to provide an active and reachable phone number to ensure smooth communication and timely order processing.
6. If a customer has previously denied receiving an order upon delivery, future orders may be subject to cancellation to prevent potential losses.
7. We aim to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience, and our confirmation process helps in ensuring accurate and secure deliveries.
